18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement.

All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this website are generated by SENS LTD using artificial intelligence and do not depict any actual human beings.

Accordingly, the records-keeping requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 do not apply to the content published on this website, as no real performers, models, actors or other persons were involved in the production of the visual content.

Safeguards built into our generation pipeline

Notwithstanding the inapplicability of § 2257, SENS LTD maintains the following measures with respect to all content produced on the platform:

• Age representation. All AI-generated characters are designed and represented as adults (18 years of age or older). The platform's generation systems are configured to refuse prompts and outputs that depict minors.
• No real likenesses. The platform does not generate content depicting identifiable real persons. Inputs and outputs that resemble real, identifiable individuals are blocked or removed.
• SENS LTD retains internal records of generation prompts, model parameters and output hashes sufficient to demonstrate that a given piece of content was AI-generated and the safeguards above were applied.

Custodian of records (voluntary)

Although SENS LTD does not consider itself a "producer" subject to § 2257 for AI-generated content, the following point of contact handles all records-related inquiries on a voluntary basis:
