By accessing the SENS Platform, including SensLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

SENS LTD operates the SENS Platform as an AI content service: all media displayed on the platform — images, video and audio — is produced by SENS LTD using generative artificial intelligence and depicts only fictional, AI-generated characters represented as adults (18+). SENS LTD is the originator of this content and is responsible for the safeguards described in the AI Disclosure and Content Policy.

The Terms define, among other things:

• Acceptable use. What users may and may not do on the platform — see also the Content Policy.
• SENS LTD owns all content generated by the platform; users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to view it within the platform.
• Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
• SENS LTD's liability is capped to the extent permitted by law; certain consequential damages are excluded.
• User obligations. Accurate account information, compliance with laws, respect of generation safeguards, prompt notification of unauthorised access.

SENS LTD does not act as a financial institution. Payments are processed by third-party providers. The Terms incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy, Content Policy, AI Disclosure and Billing & Refund Policy.
