Acceptable Use / Content Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. It defines categories of content that are strictly prohibited on the SENS Platform. Because all content on this platform is generated by SENS LTD using artificial intelligence, these prohibitions are enforced primarily at the generation stage — they are not just removal rules, they are inputs the system refuses to act on.

Zero-tolerance: never generated, never published

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content sexualising or depicting minors, or anyone who could be interpreted as under 18, in any context whatsoever. Our generation pipeline rejects such prompts and parameters at the input stage and screens all outputs before publication. Any content that nevertheless reaches users is removed on detection and referred to the appropriate authorities.
  • Deepfakes and likenesses of real people. Any content depicting an identifiable real person, generated without that person's verifiable, documented consent. The system refuses prompts that reference identifiable real individuals.
  • Non-consensual scenarios. Content that depicts what would, if real, constitute rape, abuse, coercion or trafficking.
  • Bestiality, necrophilia, or sexual content involving violence as the core theme.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, hate crimes, genocide, or self-harm.
  • Doxxing, stalking, harassment. Publishing private information about a real individual, or using the platform to threaten or coerce anyone.
  • Identity theft and impersonation. Pretending to be another real person or entity, including celebrities and public figures.
  • Illegal activity. Trafficking, drugs, weapons, fraud, money-laundering, and any other content that violates applicable laws.

How prohibitions are enforced

  • Pre-generation: input filters and model safety constraints refuse prohibited prompts and parameters.
  • Post-generation: automated scanning (PhotoDNA-equivalent hashing, visual classifiers) reviews every output before publication.
  • Post-publication: ongoing user reports and human review.

See the Moderation Policy for detailed SLAs.
