Moderation Policy

Because all content on the SENS Platform is generated by SENS LTD itself using artificial intelligence — not uploaded by third parties — moderation begins before content is published, not after. Our approach combines pre-generation controls, automated post-generation screening, human review and a user reporting channel.

1. Prevention at generation time (primary control)

  • Prompt and parameter filtering. The generation pipeline rejects inputs that target minors, real-person likenesses, non-consensual scenarios or otherwise prohibited categories. These filters cannot be disabled by users.
  • Model safety constraints. Underlying generative models are configured with safety guardrails that refuse prohibited outputs even when prompts attempt to circumvent input filters.
  • Adults-only by design. Character generation enforces adult representation (18+).

2. Automated post-generation screening

  • All generated media is scanned before publication using automated visual classifiers.
  • Classifiers screen for prohibited categories (depicted minors, violence, etc.).
  • Content flagged with high confidence is blocked from publication and queued for human review.

3. Human review

  • Our trust & safety team reviews flagged content and user reports.
  • Reviewers receive ongoing training in legal compliance, trauma-informed handling and applicable removal criteria.
  • Decisions on serious violations are reviewed by at least two reviewers.

4. Response timelines

  • Suspected CSAM or imminent harm: immediate removal and referral to the appropriate authorities. Action within 24 hours of detection.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, alleged deepfake of a real person: action within 24 hours of report.
  • DMCA takedowns: processed within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice.
  • Other reports: initial review within 72 hours; resolution within 7 days.

5. Enforcement actions

Depending on the violation, we may: remove content from publication, retain it as evidence for legally required periods, terminate the originating generation session, suspend or ban the user account that prompted it, and refer to authorities.

6. Appeals

Users whose access was restricted or whose content was removed can appeal within 14 days by writing to [email protected] with the case identifier. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator who was not part of the original decision.

Reporting

See the Content Policy for what is prohibited and how to report it. Direct channel: [email protected].
